Telegram automation. From any chat into any other.

Routify takes over the routine of reading, filtering and reposting between Telegram chats. Connect your account, set the rules once, and every new message is processed and delivered to your channel, group or private chat around the clock.

7 days of Ultra free, no card. Your account stays yours: disconnect at any time.

  • Private channels and groups, if your account is a member
  • Copy-protected chats too: media is re-uploaded
  • Filters, AI and templates on the way
  • Edits and deletions kept in sync

Automation in three steps

Nothing to add to the source chat, no code. Set it up once inside the mini app.

Every routing shape

A forward is one source chat to one destination. Stack as many as you need.

  • One to oneMirror a channel into your own, with edits and deletions synced.
  • Many to oneCollect ten channels into a single feed, or into a daily AI digest.
  • One to manyPublish one source into several channels, each with its own template and language.
  • Many to manyA network of channels and groups, every route with its own rules.

Sources are the chats your connected accounts see: public and private channels, groups, forum topics, bots and personal chats. Public channels also work without an account, by link.

What happens to a message on the way

Routify is not a plain forwarder. Between the source and the destination every message passes through a pipeline you control.

Your accounts, not a bot in the source

Routify reads through your own Telegram accounts, so nothing needs to be added to the source chat. Connect one account or several; each brings its whole chat list. Disconnect at any time.

Any chat as a source

Public and private channels, groups, forum topics, bots and personal chats: everything the account sees. Public channels also work without an account, by link. Chats that forbid forwarding and saving get through as well: the post arrives as a copy, with the media re-uploaded.

Copy or forward, by the bot or by you

Deliver as a clean copy or as a forward with attribution, from the bot or from your own account, with a fallback to the bot when Telegram limits kick in. Silent delivery, auto-pin and a delay per forward.

Edits and deletions synced

When a source message is edited, Routify edits the delivered copy, sends the new version or ignores it, your choice. Deleted at the source, removed at the destination.

Filters

Keywords, stop words and regular expressions, authors, media types, length, forwards and replies, duplicates and near-duplicates, plus AI filters that answer a yes/no question about each message.

AI processing

Summarise, rephrase, translate, rewrite the headline or run your own prompt on every message before it reaches the destination. Use the shared pool or your own OpenRouter key and model.

Replacements and cleanup

Your own “replace X with Y” rules, plus one-tap toggles that strip links, hashtags, mentions or emojis, cut everything after a phrase, and swap links to the source for links to the destination.

Templates, header and footer

Decide what a delivered message looks like: a header and a footer, a template built from variables, buttons and your custom emoji.

Automatic translation

Translate messages into any language with Google or with AI, keeping the formatting.

Watermarks and logo blur

Put your text or image watermark on incoming photos and blur a region with someone else’s logo automatically.

Moderation queue

Send every message to a private channel first; approve, edit or drop it, or let the ones you did not get to publish themselves after a delay.

Your own bot

Connect a bot created in BotFather and delivered messages carry its name and avatar, without any mention of Routify.

AI digests

Pick several chats, a window of hours and a schedule. Routify reads everything posted, summarises it with a news, discussion or custom prompt and publishes the brief where you say.

Delivery window

Deliver only during the hours and weekdays you allow, in the chat’s timezone. Messages arriving outside the window are not delivered.

Ready-made automations

Pick a task: here is how to set it up in the mini app, what you get and which plan covers it.

Automated publishing across a network of channels

Setup

  1. Connect the accounts that read your donor channels, one or several.
  2. Route each source into every channel of the network as a separate forward.
  3. Give each route its own template, language and link replacements.
  4. Publish through your own bot, with edits and deletions kept in sync.

Result

Every channel of the network gets fresh posts in its own style around the clock, with no copy-paste and no admin on duty.

Your account stays under your control

Routify reads sources through your own Telegram account. Here is what that means in practice.

  • Code and password are not stored

They are used once to sign in. The phone number is kept masked, and neither your name nor your username is saved.

  • Reads only what you picked

The session reads the chats you added as sources and sends messages only when you turn on delivery from the account.

  • Disconnect in one tap

In the mini app, or in Telegram under Settings → Devices. Everything bound to the account stops at once.

Questions people ask before the first forward

Can I try it for free?

Yes. The first week of Ultra is free and needs no card: tap the trial button in the mini app and every feature is on at once. After that, pick a plan: Pro covers filters, replacements, templates and translation; Expert adds AI processing and the clone check; Ultra adds watermarks and logo removal.

Do I have to add anything to the source chat?

No. Routify reads through your connected account, so the source never sees a bot. Public channels can even be added by link, without connecting an account.

Is connecting my account safe?

You sign in with your phone number, a confirmation code and, if enabled, your two-factor password. Routify stores an authorised session on its servers, reads only the chats you add as sources and never posts from the account unless you choose delivery from the account. Disconnect in the mini app or in Telegram under Settings → Devices at any time.

Where can messages be delivered?

A channel, a group, a forum topic or a private chat. By default the bot publishes: add @RoutifyBot to the destination as an administrator. Or deliver from your own connected account, with a fallback to the bot when Telegram throttles it.

Copy or forward, what is the difference?

A forward keeps Telegram’s “Forwarded from” header. A copy is a fresh message that looks like your own; add a source attribution line if you want one. Copies are what filters, replacements, templates and AI work on.

What happens when the source edits or deletes a message?

Your choice per forward: edit the delivered copy in place, send the edit as a new message, or ignore it. A deletion at the source can remove the copy at the destination.

What can AI do with a message?

Summarise, rephrase, translate, rewrite the headline or run your own prompt. AI filters answer a yes/no question about each message and drop it based on the answer. Use the shared pool or your own OpenRouter key and model.

How do digests work?

Pick several source chats, a window of hours and a schedule in your timezone. On each run Routify reads what was posted in the window, summarises it with a news, discussion or custom prompt, and publishes the brief to the destination, by the bot or from your account.

Can I review messages before they go out?

Yes. Moderation mode sends every message to a private channel first; you approve, edit or drop it. Messages you do not get to can be auto-published after a delay you set.

Where do I pay and can I cancel?

Inside the bot: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and regional methods. Cancel any time; a 14-day refund applies to the first purchase.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from inside the bot — cancellation prevents future charges, and your Premium access continues until the end of the current period.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never touch MadBots servers. The provider manages billing, receipts, VAT and chargebacks on our behalf.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and a range of local payment methods depending on your region — selectable at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Email support@madbots.dev with your order ID; refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days. Renewals are not refundable, but cancelling stops any further charge.
